These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 588jili ("588jili," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 588jili.club ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the 588jili Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, and use of promotional offers.

588jili operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines. The Platform is intended solely for use by eligible residents and visitors within jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful.

By accessing the 588jili Platform — whether by registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or simply browsing — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To be eligible to register and use 588jili, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your country of residence.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 588jili, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 588jili or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

588jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or voter's ID. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full features of the 588jili Platform, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable.

You agree to the following account obligations:

• One Account Only: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 588jili Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. You must promptly notify 588jili of any changes to your registered details.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 588jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Ownership: Your 588jili account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify 588jili immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

588jili reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the 588jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 588jili supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, Maya (PayMaya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to a verified bank account

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, or to a verified account in the player's own name.
• 588jili reserves the right to request additional identity verification (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the 588jili cashier section at the time of transaction.
• 588jili does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 588jili accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal processing times are subject to the payment provider's own timelines. 588jili targets GCash withdrawals to be processed within five (5) minutes of approval, but cannot guarantee processing times imposed by third-party providers.
• Any funds deposited into your 588jili account that are suspected to be proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

588jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all 588jili promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be specified in the promotion terms. Live casino games, slots, fishing games, and sports bets may carry different contribution rates.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your 588jili account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: 588jili reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses will expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Right to Modify: 588jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.

588jili offers a wide range of gaming products including live casino games, slot titles, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant section of the Platform. By participating in any game on 588jili, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• Random Number Generators: All non-live games on the 588jili Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are subject to independent testing and certification.
• Live Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from dedicated studios. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under the supervision of trained dealers and monitored by independent oversight systems.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 588jili reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. 588jili's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection: 588jili is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 588jili reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 588jili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so, for the purpose of circumventing these Terms or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or 588jili staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 588jili immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 588jili staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your 588jili account without prior authorization from 588jili.

All content on the 588jili Platform — including but not limited to the 588jili brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 588jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 588jili.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software.
• Use the 588jili name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of 588jili's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 588jili.

588jili is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all applicable data protection regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account with 588jili, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of your data for account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalized gaming experiences and promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

588jili employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 588jili cannot guarantee absolute security.

588jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time through the account settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 588jili account.

• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of your current gaming session and your net gaming activity.

588jili strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and employs age verification procedures at registration and during ongoing account monitoring. We do not knowingly permit underage individuals to access the Platform. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the account immediately pending age verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 588jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 588jili Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.
• Losses arising from events beyond 588jili's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

588jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 588jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 588jili's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

588jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 588jili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• You have requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• 588jili is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending investigations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification. Bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited upon account closure where a breach of these Terms has occurred.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 588jili's customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

588jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 588jili will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your account.

The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page under "Last Updated." Your continued use of the 588jili Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. 588jili encourages you to check this page each time you access the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 588jili, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 588jili's customer support team. 588jili will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above process.

588jili's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
